Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

This is the result of buy Sprint

Let me get to the point - Sprint is cancer and everything Sprint touched gets in deep troubles, just ask Nextel and Clearwire!

@ac Really! I work for a legacy sprint manger, WORST EVER! Every single one of us are looking for transfers. One of that mangers DR's just got up one day, called the manger a few choice names and walked saying "I quit"... that was in Jan of this year. I have 16 years with T-Mobile as of June of this year and if I can't get another position by July I am leaving too. LEGACY SPRINT EMPLOYEES ARE TOXIC!

@d7 of course. They single handily destroyed Nextel and their loyal blue collar base customers. It’s all been downhill for their leadership from there. Incompetence has been going on for years and much of their leadership group took over. No mystery here.

The last words out of Ali Khamanei’s mouth were…it was Sprint’s fault!

@ca I still work for T-Mobile you Be-atch! Just calling it like I see it. We was hitting our stride and have done nothing but pivot and reorg since buying Sprint. To quote Jim Collins, we went from flywheel to Doom loop.

The ultimate problem is Deutsch Telekom, but I will say that I work in an organization where a lot of the top leaders are former Sprint, and the are some of the d-mbest most talent-less people I have ever worked with at any point in my career. It is also well known in the industry and many of the companies we work with do not like to do business with former Sprint employees. While the problem goes much higher than them, the fact that they were able to hang around and put themselves in many key positions shows what a cancer they are.

@ac Agreed. Srini came as a handpicked replacement by Detsche Telekom. Andre' Almeida also is a DT Refugee.

@am John Saw, CTO - Sprint; Deanne King Chief "People" officer - Sprint; Mikey Sievert - Began at Sprint/Clearwire before shepherding Clearwire into the ground.

All you Sprint carry overs - it is T-Mobile's fault: they made the decision not to fire your as--s when they bought your sh-t company and they made the decisions that put a lot of those toxic assets into management positions.

Ridiculous. Sprint is no where to be found. This is all T-Mobile now. The leadership team, with exception od HR, is T-Mobile. Get over that and get real.

It is illogical to blame a dissolved entity from six years ago for choices made by current leadership to drive stock market prices.
