What ever happens, this is not the FIS company of the past, where the CEO cared about their people. Where you could be at this company your entire career because of the opportunities in the company.
I wish everyone the best of luck but if it is outsourcing or RIF, we are probably better off.

@a6 No not everyone was invited, I know a relative in another department that did not get an email for a meeting tomorrow.
@ae was this based on what you heard in the meeting earlier today, or did you hear this from some other source?
Not sure how old everyone is but did it go to only those 55+ and with 10+ yrs of service like they did before covid? Id take the pkge if thats it.
They can’t lay me off if I don’t attend.

From what I understood, there will be three different meetings. One for those being outsourced, one for those being RIF'd, and one for those who get to stay tormented FIS employees.

@aa Seems to be everyone in PS/Dev and no Client Reps that I know of. Highly doubt just a reorg announcement.
The word I’m hearing is it’s about starting a lot of outsourcing.
@a6 are you sure it isn’t just the impacted orgs? Like PS and Dev?
@a7 this is what has been done previously, two calls, spin the wheel.
@a6 reorgs can be sent as emails. They don't require a company wide meeting.
Is this the....if you're on this call you're safe ... if you're on this call it's been real, peace out....or...the reorg and you'll find our your fate later in the day and continue to sweat.
As far as I can tell absolutely everyone is invited so I don’t think this invite is anything other than reorg tbh
