Laid off in Canada an hour ago.
This is truly horrible. It seems to be happening in engineering. Does anybody know which BUs are targeted?
If everybody is let go, how can they sell the product?
Do any of you have any detail, which department did you work in? I'm seeing nothing change in the org, no messages from anyone. Almost seems like it's not really happening.

Laid off in Canada, I had 15 minutes to clear my stuff. Knew it was coming and saved me passwords and account last week
@a6 maybe that’s the reason you got let go. Why did you save personal information in company laptop?
@a5 i got around two to two and half hrs after which all OT accounts got disabled. Since I had not locked my device or logged out, I could continue to access my local personal files and upload it to cloud storage. If you have any personal files in Core Share (due to Win 11 migration), upload that immediately as once OT account is disabled, you wont be able access those files.
As soon as I locked my session, i could no longer access the laptop as the User was disabled and now only the OT Admin can access it. So, DO NOT LET YOUR DEVICE GET LOCKED till you have all your personal files uploaded.
How does the process work? When do you lose access to your laptop? Does your manager inform you first and then you lose access? Do you have some time to recover stuff from your laptop?
