After analyst two year rotational program what happens to most people? Do they get promoted to associate ? Senior associate? Vp?

I'm not sure why back office operations people love complaining about pay. Analysts are overpaid relative to 10–30 year tenured employees because analyst pay is set by the industry, not by BNY. If BNY wants any share of the 22-year-old, top-30-school grads that everyone is chasing, they have to pay somewhat competitively with other firms those candidates are targeting. BNY doesn't win that talent on brand or location - they win them by matching the price. And those candidates will not take a $70k offer to do back office work in Pittsburgh.
While BNY is not a true meritocracy like any company, pay is set by the value you generate for the company. This is not about you the individual, but rather the job you are doing.
This does not mean you cannot do a more valuable job - just that your current job doesn't have the market value to warrant higher pay. In contrast, go look at the revenue-generating parts of the company: treasury, lending, client coverage, and even engineering (which, while a cost center, gets dragged up in pay due to the SWE job title and external tech competition). Officer titles in those functions are on average 1–2 tiers higher than your job functions because the market prices them that way. You won't be seeing a team of associates reporting to a senior associate in those orgs.
You will be an analyst for a long time. Senior analyst for a long time, with no path to VP. Some people have been at the company for a long time with promises of promotions that never happen, doing the work of a VP without getting paid for it. You will be probably be paid better than everyone else on the team as an analyst so enjoy that while it lasts
Serious answer, most analyst go become associates, a small number become senior associates.

The track at BNY: Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate / VP / Senior VP / Director/ Senior Director / Managing Director
A note, BNY Senior VP is not like other bank's SVP; other bank's SVP is more like Director at BNY. Our SVP is a mid-grade between VP and the normal industry SVP. A notable title is some banks like JPM uses Executive Director which is just a BNY Director.
Associates are now downgraded to Specialists. How nice to get a promo to that role after two years. Back in the day an Associate was a supervisor. You had to wait for that position to open. Was not an automatic promotion. Could take years. Even longer to move into a Senior Associate role which we used to call Assistant VP.
A long time employee hears a bell ring, gets terminated and the analyst gets his wings
They will be looking for job in other companies but with analyst in CV.
