CX going to be hit again ?

Lot of management being moved to other products instead of laying them off. Wish they did the same to ICs who have real skills.

CX is run by stoneage VPs. Have been completely ignorant about the AI and classic reactive reaction after All hands to become AI first now. Dude you are very late to the party. No wonder the state of the org. I am starting to doubt AI studio now...

Some of those VPs are the worst of the worse and not accomplished anything hence were let go. The new org will soon figure them out and do not fall the games they play to survive.

VPs are safe or already transferred out to safe spots. Some lower level managers got asked to become ICs. They will replace ICs who get let go.

No wonder existing management has been given heads up sometime ago and some of them have moved out to other teams. Those will soon realize how incompetent these folks are very soon.

Will be lots of cuts in CX Sales, Marketing, Service groups. Try to transfer out if you can. CX is just not that important in the big picture and there will just be enough people to keep on the lights and no more. Look what happened to Tarkoff last year when he was shown the door.

CX is dead. No more innovation or appetite to compete against the already crowded market. Just surviving because its an addon to the heavy erp and hcm suite.
