Gainwell makes all of these claims that it prevents fraud, waste, and abuse in the Medicaid world. Yet Gainwell are the ones committing the fraud. Gainwell is stealing from the states. And now more lawsuits around Gainwell committing fraud. When will the states wise up and stop buying snake oil from Gainwell?

@OP OP is 100% right. Gainwell is a monster. They aren’t making innocent mistakes. They are designing creative ways to commit fraud and break the law to steal as much as possible from the states. They are a snake. They are trying to make it look as if they are battling fraud, waste, and abuse. But in reality they are the ones committing those acts. And they are doing it intentionally. Most of the employees know it and willfully participate so they can get a paycheck. Not much other explanation for why they would defend such an organization.

All of the competition isn’t squeaky clean. But Gainwell is by far the worst perpetrator. They need shut down.
Yes much better to buy snake oil from the other guy. There's no white hats left in the Medicaid business. IV&V is the biggest fraud out there and the States are in on it.
He-l Elon tried to expose fraud at massive scale and people lost their minds. The Medicaid grift is going to continue for a long time. No one is innocent.
