unfortunately for those of us in the highest tax area (NYC) there is reason to wait to sell, income tax rate vs. long term gains tax rate can make quite a difference and I only learned the hard way...
I sell all RSUs the minute they vest. No reason to hold on to or invest any more than I have to in this dog.
