As I understand it, the plan is to cut the panel in half over the next year. IMO this cutting our way to success is not going to work

Is wellmed ending contract with Carenet too?
They are moving WellMed into the Kelsey Seybold system. Doctors are already leaving KSC after just a few months. Staff is miserable and already doing the work of at least 2 job descriptions. The funniest part is they will spend more recruiting replacements than just taking care of the staff that was there. This company never learns. It lies to new recruits and then chases them off as soon as possible. The amount of colleagues I see looking for new jobs on the clock always cracks me up too. Find out what the bare minimum is. Then cut that in half. That’s my best advice.
The don't want to succeed they want to close and sell off the scraps. There will be no more WellMed In a year hand over patients to contracted docs and move the plans to united. Open your eyes the writing in on the wall!
