Does anyone have insight into the new comp plan that’s rolling out? My leader is excited and says it’s good news but I’m hearing otherwise.

The comp plans are garbage. They’ve adjusted to where you get nothing if you’re below a certain percentage. That percentage is higher than it was previously. They’ve also adjusted PTO to where you no longer get an increase in hours accrued after 10 years. That was very quietly done & I just happened to check because I hit 10 years last year and wondered why my hours didn’t increase.
