Who even cares about VPs?
I know of a SVP that would do well to leave. Seeing as how he runs his mouth about nurses and talks down to employees like bad children. 🐭
@b3 I can't even imagine what VPs and SVPs were offered to take ERP. Probably some form of 'golden parachute' of sorts. I mean imagine walking away with $300-500k plus RSUs vested plus some bonus plus insurance for a year... if they've invested wisely, they'll be set for life and will also probably land on their feet in short order.
@OP A lot of VPs took the ERP package because it was a once in a lifetime payout. Several are retiring at the end of the month.
There have been a few VPs who are leaving. Whether it was a RIF or of their own accord, who knows, but there seems to be an initiative underway to replace leaders at that level.
