@gp based on what I'm hearing through the grapevine, it's far closer than they're letting everyone believe it is.

They're already looking at which developers that are offshore can be hired on as FTEs in these centers.

On the last call GCCs were brought up Dilip said it was to expand the workforce which goes against what our CEO told us are the goals this year, efficiency and expense management. Which one is it?

I wonder how the GCCs in Hyderabad and Chennai are progressing. Asking so we can be ready for layoffs when they are ready to take over. While DV says it will take years I am hearing months from India vendors who are tasked with the setup.
