TK and KB are not going anywhere. They’re getting paid too much for what they do and what little they know. There is no other company in the world who would pay them what they make.
The other FLT members “retired” because they’re a little older and got tired of LC’s antics. What will be interesting is who replaces JM and MA. There’s no one in the next levels who should be psg 28, or even 27 for that matter. The talent pipeline is non-existent. Truly a sad state of affairs for a function that costs that much to run.
We’ve got external PSG 29s who have no idea what Chevron does, and that is being extremely generous. Look up their LinkedIn data and tell me you’re not embarrassed by the types of leaders IT now has compared to even 3 years ago.
LC has bloated up the IT organization even more than before ImagineIT, and there’s less talent. Talk about doing Les with More.
