Can anyone share signs I should be seeing if I’m being targeted by my leader for a push out? I’ve been feeling like I’m receiving disparate treatment and I don’t know if it’s real or perceived because of the chaos in the company right now.

Everyone is exhausted including managers (line, senior, exec ...) and no one gives two hoots anymore. So it is not directed just at you OP.
OP here - I would prefer not to get into details to remain as anonymous as possible. I was more hoping for a community (with leaders here) who might give some insights on what to look for if I’m being targeted for a layoff or a push out.
I will say this, development conversations have been a lot of smile and nod. I’ve felt scrutinized over minor questions or self-leadership decisions. Interactions have been cold at best, and my work isn’t aligned to my role or growth trajectory we’ve talked about. I am not a remote employee and I have had zero performance issues (even in our latest performance review).
I don’t know if this is something to be concerned about or if this is a culture of stress rearing its ugly head to employees.
@a6 Online banking is with BANKS you dolt. You can be a bank without brick and mortar branches.
@cs Brilliant move! I wish everyone does it.
My project load significantly decreased. He stopped one on ones. Wouldn’t look me in the eye. I just knew I was on a layoff list by his behavior so I found something else and when it happened I already had a new job lined up and I got to pocket a severance and vacation payout.
Tell us the signs and then we can tell you
Run away from banking. No one needs banks. All online. You didn't get the memo?
Trust your gut and document.
