don't trust this company too much; they start hiring in massive while firing and laying people off. Start looking for a new job, not a good management. they will give you last min surprises that you haven't performed well. Don't even know if they pay severance.

All of this is completely inaccurate. All companies restructure their workforce based on business needs - and what company would keep low performers.
Under Frank, they used to do this at the Omaha NE location for tax credits. They would over hire then cut right by year end. Every year they would do this like clockwork. I don’t know if this practice still continues under Mike because I haven’t heard nor read reports from Omaha about it
