How can you do more, for the good of Lexox? More of the same. I listened today at 2x play speed and read the transcript. Same old same old. Costs are being watched closely. Dig in, keep going, it'll be fine. Surprise surprise. They keep saying the reinvention. No one knows what is going on. Big shakeup coming in April. Where will lines be drawn and for who? Inside Sales hasn't hired anyone in SJ although there was an announcement last year for 140-150 new jobs. HCL jobs in Guatemala that are on a Xerox contract are moving to Cebu. Lexmark brass have taken over many calls and roles. It's all a guess, I think.
It bothers me that he calls it a fireside chat, as if he was some great FDR equivalent leaders.
Should call it Bald Shrek Diaries.
