It means if you’re a white male in your late 40s with an MBA and insurance designations as well as lots of experience you don’t get an interview.

Actually I think it will be a self-fulling prophecy. The SF Executive said he directs his people to only hire people that look like 2040. They have been very successful and they are not hiding the fact, 2040 is the only thing they are hiring! Going to be funny when 2040 is the year SF goes bust. You don't recover from what they have done, the slow growing cancer is spreading through out the company. It's basically non- functional at this point! Embarrassing!

The State Farm Executive that got caught on camera stating that he tells his people to only hire people that look like 2040! AKA as discriminate against white people. Just search and you can find the video. He was also making fun of the California Wildfire victims. Enjoy! Racist POS company!
