New Plans 2.0

The new wireless 2.0 Wireless plans are suppose to the best since sliced butter! OMG, what a joke, confusion and more trying to use them in OPUS for sales! Then consumer looses money if they have trade and don’t go to higher plans! Boy oh boy, over seas call centers gonna be over loaded‼️

Sales force/CCKM, none of it works! We have old iPads that shut down during transactions, looses customer information and more! And yes, these new plan are something. AT&T is forcing customers to higher plans for higher trade in! Been seeing this but it’s gonna be more of it, customers paying full retail for device and the “h” with a trade in!

I remember when they said the $35 activation/upgrade fee was to help cover the 2yr price of a device! We still charge this to customers and they pay full price of device!
