Something changed. Managers used to be fine. Now they're toxic, yelling, pitting us against each other. Six years here and the last two have been awful. No idea how some of these people still have jobs.

2015-early 2020 were no picnic for me, and I witnessed, and unfortunately received, a lot of negativity (ranging from passive-aggressive to outright hostile) behavior. It was unpleasant but not abnormal in a corporate environment.
If anything things have been better since the late 2021 return.

The managers reflect the incompetent bo--s at the top. They promote friends who have no qualifications and look away when they fail.
Simple. This is a clear reflection of the current Senior Leadership Team. They pat themselves on the back. Like they know and do everything. Our hard work is not recognized. Tell me that Modern Health award was not bought.

I’ve had bad managers here, but my current is better than the just good.
