Thread regarding NTT Data layoffs

I'm s-c-r-e-w-e-d

I'm stuck on the Gainwell contact. And appear to blocked from making any laternal moves, inside or outside the contract Which is strike number 1.

Based off the available jobs, they learn toward being available for those outside the U.S. Strike number 2.

I'd like to have a good manager for once. That seems to be an impossible dream. I miss the days when managers actually cared for their subordinates. Times have changed for the worse.

Staying on the Gainwell contract is a career ki-ler. Depending in which area you work, will dictate if you're treated as part of a team or an indentured servant. The same individuals that are holding you back will pretend to be your buddy, to exploit any weaknesses they can find and use against you. Just keep a low profile and do your job, work on your skillsets during your personal time and wait for something better to come long.
