Wow that’s not usual . How big ?
All Voyix E1s (Director & above) get RSU options yearly regardless of company performance or condition per their contractual role terms…the good or bad (usually bad) stock price awards keep the 1/3 per year vesting acceptable enough to warrant it as a supplementary executive salary.
But w/o the stock having any credible growth potential, an executive would be foolish to not sell the options at first available opp., eat/pay the tax, and invest what’s left in something else more certain.
Vested but not yet distributed. But also the stock is worthless. So once distributed, just sell the stock asap and put it in bonds like SGOV until the market is done going down.
Really? 500 shares of a penny stock is still only $5.
