Both Drum and Derek A have gone under the radar, cancelling meetings.
Obvious they are going to get a barrage of pay questions which they have been lying about all year.

@a9 Delboy’s come up for air .
@bm Probably a trip to the Aus GP with Ferrari as well.
@eh OMG DXC has never ever given annual merit pay increases. Wake up!
People update your resume and exit once you get offer in hand. Run not walk to the nearest exit!
You have been warned. Staying will only get you mental stress and no pay raise today and tomorrow.
Leave now!
I stopped attending these things some years back. They are an utterly pointless waste of time. More annoying than informative. They do not tell you what you need to do to get a pay rise. It's like they are talking about a completely different company. When the execs start addressing the problems - we might get somewhere!
I was going to say it could just be end of year stuff but then remembered on Wednesday there was a CES townhall, our exec was there.
Couldn't tell you his name but he was there and he point blank ducked every single question that wasn't "please tell us how your glorious AI strategy will save the company"
It was a total waste of everyone's 45 minutes, I really don't understand what they think they are achieving with the townhalls. It might as well be "here you go peasants, look at my holiday snaps from my last all expenses paid trip"
Nice free trip to Australia all paid for by DXC, just attend the office to make it look like your meeting the the team and the leaders.
These guys are really living the dream, top pay and free holidays and for that they have to deliver negative growth for the last 8 years. How they get away with it is amazing.
Drums on a holiday in Australia, this week checking out investment properties to fund his retirement and Roool is in Australia next week, looking for another sports investment. In between working out who to fire from the local leadership team - too late fellas the mess and reputation is not recoverable. How many customers did they visit? 0 that’s the number of customers that want to see them!
I was just in a townhall in ASQ with Drum.Do you even work here
Yep they like to have their snout in the troff, but now it's time to hear from the staff suddenly they are anonymous.
Strange that....
