If you are laid off do you get the exit interview link in Workday?

They occasionally conduct exit interviews when you leave on your own. If you criticize or reveal anything negative about your manager or other managers, they discard that information later on and tell management you resigned for other reasons.
Yes. There are comprehensive exit interviews. It's basically - "get your keys and folle me..."
Nope
They sure do. Because nothing says we care about your opinion like laying you off.
No, only voluntary resignations (except retirements) get exit interviews. The rationale behind that is that there is no reason to provide them for those being eliminated involuntarily because it is already known why they are leaving (termination or displacement or voluntary retirement).
Seems like I was asked if I wanted one. Had no grievances to air, wouldn't have been needed.
They don't really care of about employee survey results and you think they're going to care about that?
No. I didn't.
No, they only interview those who choose to walk out, not those shoved out.
No and exit interviews have no value.
