St. Louis office presence is dwindling. Cut cut cut, it’s a sad vibe. Got a cookie yesterday though. Anyone have insight on lease ending or closure date?

St. Louis won't close until Coursey retires and turns the lights off. Unless they continue to allow WFH for him!!
