Nobody knows. From my experience back in ‘23, they let Managers know on Friday or over the weekend that they need to make cuts… then Monday morning they read off a script and let you go over Zoom. No HR involved or Manager’s Manager involved.
It’s not a big deal. It’s just how this dinosaur of a company operates. I feel like 90% of the people on this site don’t work at Oracle. Everyone is just stirring up cr-p. Who knows if a RIF is even in order.
