7 months of employment? You'll get nothing except expensive insurance coverage option through COBRA. Just go find another gig and leave. You'll be better off.
Probably low (because it's almost never someone prepared or willing)
But if you know your group is on the block you could always volunteer. It'd have to be a public disclosure though (which means you could be deemed a flight risk and managed out instead.)
