They upped it 10%. Was always officially "we dont have quotas for discipline..." but always told in small talk and circles "if you dont have at least 30% of your people on paper you're not doing your jobs..." glad I got out early.

Oxnard YARD just had a big raid of 37 arrest of dr-g b-m homeless and cleaned up 35 tons of trash and human waste and other garbage.
They will be back after UPRR police and Oxnard PD runs them and their tents off.
RMCC takes their time getting the cops out there to remove the trash and the sc-m
