Beware of the right to represent

For your job seeker out there, beware of the Indian recruiters who immediately wants you to sign a right to represent. Once you sign this right to represent, your résumé goes in the trash and they promote their Indian friends and family. Just don’t sign it and tell them thank you very much. It is a deceptive practice on their part. I have been the victim of this so I speak from experience.

Americans should not trust Indian recruiter resume pushers.

Being the one dealing with such recruiters, it helps receiving one resume only - not multiple recruiters providing the same resume with the various layers attached.

They hired a homeless person at my bank to hold up an oversized arrow pointing to opening up a new checking account blocking traffic. It's turned into this. Thought it was a jewelry store nearby buying gold. We are down to 3 tellers and they paid him $20 for 2 hours of entertainment. Crazy!

As an American - I need an Indian recruiter like I need a hole in my head! Good Grief! Why would anyone sign any kind of "right to represent" on any basis no matter whom it is?? This job market is big enough and no one needs some d-mb a-s recruiter.
