My impression: it's time for a change.
Raul has changed the Exec Board, tried a lot of things. Nothing helped.
Now a new leader will be looked for, with a new approach, new cronies.
It might take some month still, but I got a feeling the exchange of the CEO is inevitable.

Only real change is everybody resigning and going to a company that values their employees and give proper compensation. Outside of that, nothing else will happen. Leave while you can!

We'd probably end up with Drumgoole in charge, but you are right, currently leadership have got the the bottom of the troff, this company isn't growing, the only thing that is growing is exec pay
You can't trust a Benjamin, such an evil face, says it all full of lies.
Raul would have a tinpot Benjamin moment, he would suddenly find we-pons of growth and use AI to hang on any which way he could. He would change the narrative, tell lies, and justify himself desperately. He would use dirty data to ensure other Execs did what he told them.
Benjamin moments are just in it for himself skrew the rest of you.
