Increased tickets are being raised for Dell Pro Max line.. heard from PLM that there are major issues Dell world wide…anybody else experiencing this with your customers?

Yes. Bluescreens and power/startup issues.

no reason to argue that statement, sure I believe it, but one call out , plm team (product life cycle management) would have limited insight or access about service issues from lightning rolled up for a product line, that's some services reporting team (seems like each services org has their own) hitting a datalake.. but probable services reporting teams feed that data back to core team, just saying PLM couldn't 'detect' that type of apos issue
Dell Pro Max tickets are through the roof in North America. I heard that APJ and EMEA are the same. And yes, Pro Max is an iPhone lol...............
If Dell makes it, it's a piece of sh-t.
Are you sure it's not the Dell Pro Premium Platinum Max Plus Plus Plus model?
