Rajesh Reddy and the whole July systems cult gang. They all came from a failed and bankrupt startup and pretended to know cloud and modern technology to an embedded software and hardware Wireless org that understood even less! Most startup founders and engineers leave bureaucratic, political large companies that bought their companies. Guess- How many of these ex-July people left Cisco? Yeah, Zero! Because they knew they miserably failed at their startup and were peachy at how they have fooled the rest of Cisco- they can never recreate it outside.

All the Mid level Managers in SBG, who do nothing all day but play politics and pressure the team. And show they are in meetings all day.

I’d fire all of the workers and make them pay back their salaries.

Keep the director / executives and give them big fat bonuses from those salary claw backs and have these fine people make Cisco great again.

Splunk’s leadership - there is no excuse for their disappointing performance, which has unfortunately dragged down the rest of Cisco as well.

Surprised no one mentioned LC yet, engineers loath her

Any engineer and manager involved in software development. The problem is the technical debt is so vast Cisco will never be able to hire real talent to right the ship because bug fixing isn't a career maker.

As for CR, go back on this site for many years and read the many posts asking what CEO with the skills to stabilize a sinking legacy company would chose that over leading a smaller company capable of changing the world. That question was never answered and it's unlikely such a person exists.

Splunk engineering and product management. Couldnt ship a quality product if their lives depended on it. And we are expected to sell this garbage to customers?

Cisco is not the Cisco of the past.
There are no longer salespeople who know their local customers inside and out.
Above the RM level, everyone is just a storyteller.
This isn't a problem that can be solved by firing someone.
There is no going back.

CR's track record isn't great but he should have left already no matter what

His vision is stagnant and it is reflected in the declining quality of people surrounding him in the C-Suite

But this is consistent with Cisco overall, where most of the full time staff overstays their welcome by years and sometimes decades
