I sit in my car at lunch just to have five minutes where no one talks to me.

You get 5 minutes? Lucky. For the past two weeks I haven’t even seen daylight since I’m stuck at my desk all day. And whenever I finally finish a task, someone shows up at my desk needing something. It’s depressing. Now i have overtime too. Like wtf is the point of life
Then quit, we can use the space

Don't go in. Many aren't. Can they fire us? Sure. And they'd have to show how the policy was equally enforced when it isn't. Even Ricky isn't that unsmart.
@af AI here means Actual India or artificial intelligence who will replace?
any ways GCC active
You tease. I thought you were heading to lunch, so I hung back a bit waiting for your spot.
Going back in su-ks but is part of the gig here now, wouldn't be so bad if it was truly being applied across the board like leadership is trying to sell. Its all smoke and mirrors like always, some folks with remote have no plan of coming back , some have been directly told this will not impact them, some have fake medical exemptions and are told they just have to renew, Some are even part timing their roles at schwab with other full time positions elsewhere, yet I worked my a-s off when remote and Im the one that needs to come in, wtf, usual lies and bullsh-t. Either do what u say or just quit blowing smoke up employees as--s and be direct that some of u are going to get sc--wed over while some randomly get a free pass to do whatever they want. Leadership just looks like fools when u decide to let some people get away with total bullsh-t like no one is going to find out, all while the good employees always get sc--wed.
F off. Most of us are talking to people almost the entire time we are at work because we are on the phones.
