Layoffs before or after ceo

Will be do layoffs after joining or will they be done before ? Seems likely they will be done before in my opinion

@ga that's grand and all - but some of the 'good authority' people were the ones that said no RTO too. Unless one of you out yourselves as upper management we're skipping a grain of salt for a shaker. Layoffs global I can see, unless they really overhired in India the salary difference is fairly large.

I have it on good authority that the only layoffs coming will be in India. Opentext is starting to consolidate operations

I would imagine before. If they did it after, everyone would blame him and that wouldn't stay things on the right foot for him.

He joins April 20th, last year (2024) layoffs happened about the same time
