Report to the labor department. Most of them are either fake posting for internal hires or H1B/L1/H4/TN/Greencard/EAD/Non-citizen job postings.
It's a fraudulent job program. Noone gets hired or promoted unless you know them or you belong to the same caste/religion of the upper caste Hindu managers.
