@w6 And if anyone who received the email thinks that "analysts" and "senior analysts" that are NOT part of the whole AI charade will receive a raise...think again.

@w6
So that's why they made half of us associate managers, even though we do the same job as the next level down, senior analyst 1

@w6 The people who are low wages anyway, and will soon be below minimum wage if not adjusted. It's what we all expected. There is no pay rise for the masses. There are no promotions. Carry on as you were - ie. doing nothing at all.

Watch inflation jump, oil prices rising fast, DXC wont be able to maintain this pay rises for Execs only strategy any longer.

No money for raises. But there is money for RamsNuts to go form US to Australia. Also money for the UK execs to je-k each other at the new innovation center and watch videos of each other with their sticky 3d glasses.

Company will never ever pay so why people continue to ask? I just don’t understand why?

If money is your goal, you need to exit from this Company. It is that simple.

Why the confusion?

Leave and get your money. Staying will only get your misery and no money.

With the United States of Is the little blue state trying to control the world and taking us to war inflation is about to rocket. If DXC dont pay up this year, soon 80% of employees will become the Network Team.

UKI wages are about 20% below market now. Some SAP Tech jobs are £85K DXC brought people on for market about 5 years ago at £60k. Constantly not keeping up with inflation guts DXC.

Guys, this is Maserati Seelan. Just checking in to see how you folks are all doing.

Did you guys get your salary increases? I did get a big fat paycheck before I left (I just scared the raw wool that I will have to open my mouth if I am not taken care of).

With 0% pay rise, high fuel costs, increased mortgage costs and a large inflation rate, it's going to be a miserable 12 months.
Its not worth staying - best to leave

Don’t worry, here in the UK we’re getting a new DXC Time recording system as well as a modernised shiny Concur system. And Captain DA is no doubt in his combats (in a new DXC sponsored war bunker, firing off ‘don’t go to the Middle East’ and ‘stay safe’ emails.

It was supposed to be done in February for us. Not only didn't we receive any raise but it was announced that we will be even more "leveraged" so atop of few simultaneous projects we will get another one hahaha.

Would you rather know it's 0%, next review March 2027.
Or it's been postponed 3 months?

As many other similar threads on here have said many times, no news and none of us expected any. What makes you think this time would be different than every other broken "promise" to staff
