@w6 The people who are low wages anyway, and will soon be below minimum wage if not adjusted. It's what we all expected. There is no pay rise for the masses. There are no promotions. Carry on as you were - ie. doing nothing at all.

UKI wages are about 20% below market now. Some SAP Tech jobs are £85K DXC brought people on for market about 5 years ago at £60k. Constantly not keeping up with inflation guts DXC.

Did you guys get your salary increases? I did get a big fat paycheck before I left (I just scared the raw wool that I will have to open my mouth if I am not taken care of).
With 0% pay rise, high fuel costs, increased mortgage costs and a large inflation rate, it's going to be a miserable 12 months.

Nope...but I did get upgraded to 5 STAR VIP status on Perks at Work for "Employee Appreciation Weekend".
My manager us still wading through tge Dizens of end of Year PDPs so it ain't happening in March’s pay thats for sure

Don’t worry, here in the UK we’re getting a new DXC Time recording system as well as a modernised shiny Concur system. And Captain DA is no doubt in his combats (in a new DXC sponsored war bunker, firing off ‘don’t go to the Middle East’ and ‘stay safe’ emails.
It was supposed to be done in February for us. Not only didn't we receive any raise but it was announced that we will be even more "leveraged" so atop of few simultaneous projects we will get another one hahaha.
Would you rather know it's 0%, next review March 2027.
Or it's been postponed 3 months?
As many other similar threads on here have said many times, no news and none of us expected any. What makes you think this time would be different than every other broken "promise" to staff
