You can feel it everywhere. Nobody believes in leadership anymore because they haven't gives us a reason to in a long time. The ship is sinking fast and everyone knows it. If you're not job hunting, you're one of the few who isn't.

RV told me go fu-k myself cause im permanent wfh that they caused. Now im being fired for it. But hey will all the terminations he can report all the cost savings and how great things are. I cant wait for the explosions coming from terminating staff that actually know what theyre doing
@ef That's funny. I was getting a foot bath and in the same interfaith prayer room with RV and he made the same confession. He said that if I keep using Eliza and find more ways to eliminate more jobs and headcount, that my career will take me to many new places (truthfully and metaphorically). Well... I'm taking his advice. I've scheduled another foot washing session for this afternoon. Hopefully that will accelerate my career journey.
RV told me personally that my morale was "high" and I am on a "journey" on the same nirvana train as him (he was in first getting a foot massage). There was a certain glaze in those cold, dead eyes that told me he REALLY meant it. What's more he said if I worked really, really hard and did the work of 3 people, his next pay rise would be "AWESOME".
