With that evidence and the currency headwind with the stronger dollar and the fact we made last quarters numbers with two lucky unexpected last minute deals, I believe we will miss earnings on April 29
Stock then will drop to 15
Once the stock is under $20 we’ll be acquired.

I am willing to bet those two last minute deals were not from a new logo won. My guess (I could be wrong) is they probably pulled a couple of deals forward by deeply discounting them, thus making the quarter.
This was a standard practice at OT..and probably still is.
