Cigna is moving to dismantle the trucare pre-authorization department. Eventually, all pre authorizations will be doing through Evicore. In the near future, trucare won’t exist and evicore will be managing all of Cigna’s preauthorization.

I think you meant Tricare so that means Cigna/Evicore/whatever is losing DOD as a client. Probably because of HIH. Which is good tbh.
