Yes, hiring freeze now.
There is only a Freeze when Mgmt. does not want to give you or your team support. VPs and Directors can always get their favorites promoted off cycle and during freeze. They just love their excuses.
Not that I’m aware of but I get a lot of “this position has been removed or it’s been filled internally”
Looks like there is a freeze. I heard from someone who got a referral for a position a few weeks ago. He just checked and the application status is still "New"
Keeping a qualified queue is an ongoing activity.
I’m scheduled to take interviews this week and over the next two weeks. If the hiring freeze is real, why aren’t these interviews being cancelled?
Job board has dropped a ton of roles this week so likely real

I confirm in EMEA region (I cannot go any deeper) job postings got redacted, I assume we are in a hiring freeze.
There is always hiring and firing at oracle irrespective of what you hear.
