Oh don't forget this shining achievement:
Spearheaded the "Drive to 2025", where one objective he chose to include was "be THE employer of choice", do absolutely nothing to earn that designation, then quietly retire the entire initiative without any metrics.
Some super high level strategizing there. Beyond the comprehension of mere mortals, I suppose.
For clarification:
His legacy will be laying off thousands of employees and sending thousands more American jobs to India - all while Cigna raked in at least a billion dollars profit each quarter.
