The execs see T-Life as a success as they've forced it onto customers devices and then extolled the "uptake" of T-Life. I've tried to use T-Life for some account related transactions. I ultimately have to talk to someone on the phone (generally from an offshore answering center who can barely speak English) to complete the transaction.

I’ve heard product under Jeff was going to be impacted.
TMO IHAP teams under Lau will be impacted at some point. Lots of conversations about shutting them down and pushing more to T- Life.

@a6 Kevin Lau is untouchable. His org won’t get any layoffs as they are in line light for T-Life.
