The people they chose to cut never made any sense. Now we can't do parts of the job at all, and we're buried in the rest. It feels like they want us to fail.

actually they want us there 0 days per week, 3+ is just one tool to get them there for less money.

They don't care about the work, they just want you in the office 3 days a week.
If domestic teams fail, it's one more artificial excuse to outsource or contact everything.

Start getting your ducks in a row now. Document everything, showing conversations with management. Maybe get them to admit in writing too.
This worst thing you can do is nothing and expect something to fix itself.
This is just a prep for your performance review.

Get your management to working meetings and ask them to help, subtly putting them on the spot?
Or send status updates with various color coded (you know the green yellow red stuff) tasks and explanations as to status. Cc two up or risk for awareness?
