I just moved to one of the clients and doubled my salary.

Now I have a mentally fulfilling job and a fat wallet.

Well done Networks agree you have the right approach, i tried to work hard but it doesn't pay in DXC. You guys worked out DXC, guess it helped with your time at AT&t I'm in with you now, 0% rise = 0% work.

@gj+1kjpsj36m from your comments if we Networks do nothing at AT&T & DXC and we get more pay than you server guys "who do the work" who comes out better?

Remember we got nice raises at T. So we are on better packages than you.

Moral of the story you can be a fool like a hard working Server Engineer and get a 0% pay rise every year, or you can be a Network Engineer on more pay but on strike doing nothing in protest of pay.

Take your choice, use your brain not your mouth.

@b7 You never did Sh*t at DC or AT&T. Take networks forever to admit it was their problem and not the Server team!

I don't need to go on strike. There is no work! The client doesn't seem to want anything changing. The management have their head in the sand over what work is coming in. But dare not let anyone go. We're not allowed to just "improve" things that nobody asked for and thus isn't paying for. I'm not going watch any more pointless patronising courses on AI to show I'm ready for AI. So I've already met my objectives for the day. I logged in. I'll be here till 10am then have better things to do if there's still nothing to do.

Im official Networks, go shopping, to the Gym, or do what you want.

As we have been saying in AT&T at this time of the year March we would be told our bonuses, and pay rises without fail every year.

We get $hit in DXC so we do $hit. I'm really pleased other teams are joining us now.

Just don't do any meaningful work. Align with the client so they give you the job and lay you more instead of paying DXC. In the meantime tell leaderhsip how great they are so you don't have to do work. Why is this so hard to understand?

Simply disconnect your laptop from the network and voila you're on a network strike.

Just pretend not to work. It achieves the same outcome as pretending to work around here.

Funny every time this comes up there's no answer, Networks have been spouting this nonsense for so long they actually believe it. There's no strike, Networks are no different to the rest of us, doing as little as we can get away with, it's the DXC way
