That is what Nike believed and is a big reason the company is now in a death spiral. You can’t easily replace experience and good leaders who love the brand.

That is just propaganda.
Wouldn't AI replace the jobs that are repetitive and require little thought.
That means the first jobs to go would be the ones in China, India, Vietnam, ...

All my Nike clothes are 10 years old. Good washable quality. Last few years they are bad quality and made in Bangladesh and Vietnam. Do they make anything in North America? If not, they need to move jobs away. Marketing and finance included.
