Sorry none of you getting bonuses. I am a manager at HBS and I am getting 20% bonus every year.
The only bonus you'll get is more work, more responsibilities, and no more than a 2% raise. When I left in March of this year, after 10 years as an engineer, I was making $1500 more per year (adjusted for inflation). All the while, DC was buying up Hawiian beach front property, Clearwater beach houses, and banking up for his own private island. DA was stocking his private wine cellar with $500 bottles of wine, and Mahoney and Mad Dog were getting $125k Porsches and dental work. Run! Do not walk, away from the dumpster fire sh1t show cesspool of greed, arrogance, hubris, and soulless a$$hats that run the jo--t. You'll be much better off in you physical, mental, and financial health.
OP...If there is a bonus category for unhinged rants based on rash assumptions, yours would certainly qualify. Good luck.
The OP is a contradicting him/herself by the many posts, and feeling insecure by projecting how good he/she has it so good in making more $ than all of us. LOL. How do anyone know they make more $ than another. Is he the CEO? Bwahahaha.

I think I would stick with a company that moves you up at that pace.

Leave. You'll never get a bonus or anything extra with Honeywell. All of the extras go to the executives. They don't care about you at all. You are lucky to work for them.
If you didn't get a pink slip in your stocking for Christmas, that's your bonus.
Yeah, they give you a week off without pay, with about a week and a half notice.
If you're looking for a bonus, you may want to look for another job!
At UOP we use to get either Turkey, Spiral Ham or Gift card to Jewel stopped in 2007 when well you know who bought us. Slowly more and more taken away. oh dont forget pick your gender or pronoun now since we got email on it so we can be called whatever we want PSH UNREAL. But Merry Christmas too all and a Happy New year (not happy holiday to political LOL)
Sounds like you're the typical PE here. Also, you don't know what you should be doing but expect a bonus? For what!? This is the kind of work force you expect when the site leaders prioritizes "fun" over efficiency... Thanks for the laugh.
