Not MH justifying the crazy low numbers about the executive team by blaming it on "fundmanetally new baseline systems" (which "didnt go as swimmingly as we had hoped") and the new centralized operatingmodel (work and coworkers have changed)! Gotta "move out of that optimization curve."

I hope we don’t see another Horizon, but with the new HR leadership, and the unified brand it seems like they want to find a way to lean out the already too lean teams. K** might not understand what’s she’s taken on yet.
