Does anyone know how many VPs, SDs, and Ds there are in Tech? If layoffs are announced, how many do you think Nike would need in that organization, assuming they are good‑quality leaders?

None of those so called leaders will be impacted. They only target the engineers and ICs.

we need to cut all VP SR DR DR SM PE and DE hired during RAT's time from California. Specially if they are working remotely. Some of them are even hired on H1B visa and 40-50% more expensive than Portland based resources.
Repeat after me: Nike is not a tech company.
Move all Tech to India, we are cheaper and better.
cut half and 60% of directors, or demote to sr manager, move some principals to sr manager, most don't code anyway
