Hey guys, as you all know there was a recent layoff where a lot of employees were affected.
I was one of the ones impacted as well.
So I just want to know how everything feels workload/atmosphere wise?
Any chances Sabre will recall some employees?

The soon to be new owners will not need that many employees
The 10K references future layoffs this year. Don't count on anyone coming back. "We are currently evaluating measures to enhance our financial position, which may include implementing additional refinancings, profit improvement initiatives, and other operational efficiencies; these actions may result in the incurrence of initial upfront costs". (That sentence is latin for we reserve the right to layoff more people).
Sabre has the tendency to rehire staffs that has been lay off. It happened in APAC office. Sabre pay retrenchment package, then rehire the person with a higher position and pay cheques :)
Why would you want to come back? Only to go down this path again in 6 months..
I would rather expect another cuts, maybe even this year. Look at the global trends - Block inc. is making 40% RIF due to AI and I bet you others will follow, including Sabre.
Odds are better that you buy a lotto ticket
