Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Are there actually any good DXC Execs? Anyone you would actually rate?

So it’s going to the dogs. That’s for sure. DXC is busted but when it finally folds are there any DXC execs you would back or follow into something new or are they all just hopeless cases in it for themselves?

Del boy is number one master in spin craft. He looks so innocent and genuine, but amazingly smart in financial engineering. He is the Sole reason the executives are able to milk the company. He enables the looting.

The finance department is one of the most useless team in the whole company.

Del boy started off as a genuine caring bloke, or i could have read him wrong.

These days his just in lovely jubbly talk, knowing he can't deliver any growth, his just taking the big money like all the other Execs for 0 output. "This time next year we will be millionaires" all the Execs poke fun at the employees

Their mission is just to baffle folks with illusions of growth and false promises on pay which they full well know they aren't going to pay. Keeping employees in hope and begging.

The company is a sad state of affairs

@15g But DA is surrounded by his gang of sycophants that heart his every post and laugh at all his jokes, so he must be wonderful at his job. Of course outside the little 1ASQ bubble and his military buddies we all know he is as untrustworthy as the rest of them

Derek? As in Alison? You’re having an absolute laugh (or have I missed the irony and sarcasm, apologies if I have?)

Given that this has been a “milk it as long as you can until liquidation “ play since its inception, I think the whole litany of execs has done exactly what the investors wanted. First sell off all the hard assets. Then No raises to keep whatever margin they can get. Foolish employees who think that the investors care about this company growing continue to play along.

Quite obviously, there are none. If there were the company would be in a much stronger position in both financial and in services offered.
As it is it has gone through a continuing period of ‘transformation’ since it became DXC in 2016 with no sign of coming out of this transition and has suffered continual financial decline over the last thirty plus quarters.
Compared to the leading sector businesses DXC is very much seen as a junior competitor and not one that frightens the major players with innovation or vision, and considering that many senior execs have rarely see anything more than eighteen months service before being sacked is a major indicator the DXC board cannot select the right calibre of people needed to make this company successful.
The share price is a fraction of what it was even three and four years ago leading to a valuation that is just hovering above junk status.
All in all, these are not signs that the company has or is being run by executives who have the intellectual or business acumen to run a supposedly major IT services company and in answer to the op’s question, no, there are no execs who I would rate and there hasn’t been for a very long time if ever.

The masterstroke of ironies of DXC: appointing a lisping guy to run “ThAP” (SAP). The loser who can’t pronounce “SAP” now dictates the company’s ThAP strategy, losing clients one slide at a time. That is a true boomer move.
-Thigned, Cothtello. The Pocket-Thized Thupreme Commander of ThAP and CoTht Thavings.

All of them are good at taking employees pay for their own pay.

Everyone else get 0 and they get millions in rises without fail every year on time.

They are very good at manipulating and lying.

Any good ones I had worked with have already left. Most were forced out by incompetent executives. I'll probably follow great colleagues that left for better places, not any of the leaders. Many of the really good people I worked with have already risen to higher levels in other companies. If you have good networks those would help.

I have not got a clue who they are . They all keep a low profile as they do not want to be asked about the poor pay we get .
