Wondering how they differ among departments, what is your API percentage goal?

@n3 To explain the payout, if the API payout is 125%, you get an annual review score of 4 that gives you a 120% person adjustment (the adjustment for each rating varies), and have a target bonus of 10%, your bonus will be 1.25 x 1.2 x 0.1 = 15% of your salary.
@n3 It is based on your API target. That can be found in Workday and the breakdown on how to calculate is on MyHR.
@b3 - wow that's pretty good considering the 2025 performance was OK, not great.
@b3 125% of what though? Of 10% of your salary? Or more or less?

I do think there are differences between dept. but I’m not positive. I do know there are differences between roles/grade levels.
