ITC is about to get full, what's the point of even doing anything right now?
ITC crews are absolutely horrible at their jobs, but man are they cheap and desperate. Why do their jobs now so we get the axe next week?

We don't need remote workers. Please priortize them this cycle.
they are not that cheap and are probably over paid
the market dictates price and there are no bargains out there
you get what you pay for, cut 1 US work for 3 Indian works and you don't get 3x the productivity, you actually in reality get almost 0 productivity, because software takes communication and teamwork, and that does not happen with a language barrier and 12 time zones away
and it's the most backward plan ever at the time of AI innovation, we could be doubling down with existing staff, cut all ITC and all remote jobs, and completely and utterly kick but with phk staff working in unison, in office, working hard and getting it done
it's just so absolutely blind sided and gross negligence to make this move to ITC, completely money based and kickbacks to the now full Indian leadership team
